The Dark Church

These are all pictures of the ceiling of the Dark church, where the frescoes were well preserved because almost no light can get in. They are so pretty--and they are about 1000 years old. This church is also cut into the rock, which makes it even more amazing. All of these images are painted onto the interior of the cave.
